Kindergarten registration
 2012/2013 school year

May 7th through May 11th
8:30am-3:30pm at the front office.

Please bring: your child’s birth certificate, immunizations, and proof of address (utility bill, rental agreement, etc).

Now is the perfect time to get caught up on immunizations.

Birth certificates can be ordered online at www.healthandwelfare.idaho.gov
